I would like to start my own business in the UK and have access to about £300,000. I don't have any formal qualification. Is there any kind of permit or visa that would allow me to relocate to the UK?   My sister is in Australia and interested in working in the UK. She has been told that she might qualify for the Tier 1 programme for highly skilled migrants. Can you give me a brief outline of what this type of permit entails and how one qualifies?   I will qualify to apply for permanent residence in 2010. Will this affect current migrants in the UK and have they announced what the limit will be?   I am currently in the UK on an Ancestral Visa. My brother wants to apply for this type of visa during the next couple of months and we are worried about how the immigration cap will affect his application. Can you assist in this matter?
